Join us for a discussion with Hemang Desai, Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at SAP and Drexel LeBow Alum. Hemang will share insights about:

  • How impact initaitives are built, adjusted and evaluated
  • How culture, stakeholders and incenties shape what is possible

Hemang Desai leads global Corporate Social Responsibility at SAP, overseeing strategy and execution across education and employment skilling, impact entreprepreneurship, pro bono consulting, employee engagement, corporate giving and impact investing, including SAP’s flagship Social Sabbatical program. He is also a co-founde of the Ray of Hope International Foundation, bringing experience from both corporate and nonprofit contexts to questions of impact, scale and careers in social responsibility.
