Join us to learn more about our Management Development Program (MDP) — a 2-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of aerospace leaders.

Who should attend: Students completing a master’s degree who are interested in leadership careers in aerospace manufacturing and operations. U.S. citizenship is required.
