On October 27, LeBow brought together board chairs, corporate directors and senior executives to address the critical issues facing boards today. The Directors Academy is a one and a half day director-focused educational program for board ready individuals or those serving on their first public or private board. This program covered current trends in financial data and fiduciary duties and audit, compensation, nominating and governance committees.
