Dave Prisco

Dave serves as the Director of the Center for Career Readiness at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, where he provides strategic leadership to integrate career education across undergraduate and graduate programs. With more than a decade of progressive experience in higher education career services, David specializes in employer engagement, experiential learning and holistic student development.

Before joining LeBow, David held leadership roles at Thomas Jefferson University and La Salle University, where he developed multi-tiered work experience programs, expanded employer partnerships and designed career curricula that connected classroom learning with industry practice. His work has resulted in hundreds of new employer relationships, robust internship and co-op pipelines, and innovative job shadow and mentorship initiatives.

Dave holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, both from La Salle University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. A frequent conference presenter and active member of NACE, EACE, PennACE and SHRM, he is committed to preparing students for success in dynamic, technology-driven business environments.
