Biography

Stavrula joined Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business in 2009 as a Program Coordinator for the Malvern Accelerated MBA Program. Over the years, she has built a strong foundation in student support and program management, enhancing the academic and professional journey of LeBow students.

She began her career at LeBow as an Academic Advisor, where she helped students navigate their degree programs, providing individualized support and fostering a positive learning environment. As her role expanded, she became Assistant Director of Student Experience and Retention, further strengthening student support initiatives and ensuring academic success.

Now, as Associate Director of Enrollment Management and Student Services, Stavrula plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process while also ensuring enrolled students receive the support they need to thrive. She is passionate about building a strong sense of community, creating networking opportunities, and advocating for student success at every stage of their academic journey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enrollment Guidance – Assisting prospective students throughout the admissions process, helping them understand program offerings and enrollment requirements.

  • Admissions Lead for Graduate Programs – Serving as the primary contact for applicants to MS Accounting, MS Business Analytics, MS Business Information Technology, MS Economics, and MS Economics & Data Science.

  • Admissions Event Planning and Coordination – Facilitating meaningful connections with graduate student services, current students, and faculty, while providing opportunities to learn more about the application process and academic programs.

  • Academic Advising – Providing guidance and support to students as they progress through their academic journeys, helping them make informed decisions about their coursework and career goals.
