Biography
Stavrula joined Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business in 2009 as a Program Coordinator for the Malvern Accelerated MBA Program. Over the years, she has held a variety of student-focused roles, gaining extensive experience in academic advising, graduate enrollment, student services, and program management.
Throughout her career at LeBow, Stavrula has supported students at every stage of their academic journey. From advising current students on degree planning and academic success to helping prospective students identify the graduate program that best fit their goals, she has guided individuals through the admissions process, onboarding, and beyond. Her experience across advising, enrollment, and student success reflects her commitment to helping students feel supported, informed, and connected throughout their time at LeBow.
In her role as Associate Director of Academic Advising, Stavrula is dedicated to helping students make the most of their LeBow experience. She works closely with students to provide academic guidance, connect them with resources, and support their success, while fostering a welcoming and student-centered environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Support graduate students throughout their academic journey by providing advising, coaching, and resources that promote success and career growth.
- Develop and implement innovative advising strategies that improve student engagement, retention, and the overall student experience.
- Leverage technology, data, and assessment to deliver proactive, personalized support and identify opportunities for early intervention.
- Partner with faculty, staff, and enrollment teams to ensure a seamless experience from recruitment and onboarding through graduation.
- Contribute to college-wide initiatives, academic planning, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen student outcomes and service excellence.
