With over 25 years of corporate experience, Pamela M. Harper’s areas of expertise include risk management, compliance, operations and governance within the financial, transportation, and professional services industry sectors.

Currently, she is a Member and Chair of the Government and Regulatory practice at Griesing Law, LLC. Ms. Harper focuses on representing and providing strategic advice to clients in connection with regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance-related matters, particularly within the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Griesing Law, LLC, Ms. Harper served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of MFR Consultants Inc., an information technology consulting firm where she was responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations and managing the firm’s contractual relationships. Ms. Harper also served in a similar capacity, as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of StoneRidge Investment Partners, an institutional asset management firm. In that role she was responsible for the daily management of the firm’s operations, directing the firm’s regulatory compliance program pursuant to the Investment Act of 1940, and ensuring that appropriate enterprise-wide risk management controls were in place.

In addition, Ms. Harper has extensive consulting experience, having served as a Managing Director in the Washington office of PA Consulting, a U.K. firm, advising public and private sector clients, including Fortune 500 companies and multi-lateral agencies on strategic, public policy, and foreign investment- related matters.

Ms. Harper’s experience extends to the public sector as well having been appointed to serve as the Deputy Director of Aviation for the Philadelphia Airport System where she oversaw government and regulatory affairs as well as marketing and air service development, coordinating the initiative among multiple stakeholders, to expand international air service from Philadelphia to Frankfurt, Mexico City, Munich and Rome, among other destinations.

Ms. Harper previously served on the Board of Directors of StoneRidge Investment Partners. In addition, she has served on a number of non profit boards, including as Vice-Chair of the Philadelphia International Airport Advisory Board, International House of Philadelphia, the Atwater Kent Museum, Ensemble du Monde, and the Center for Architecture+ Design, among others.

Professionally, she is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professionals, the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP), the Forum of Executive Women, and the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP), on which she serves on the Investment Adviser Committee.

Ms. Harper received her MBA-JD from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She also received her A.B. (cum laude) from Princeton University.
