Biography

Susan A. Epstein, MBA Clinical Professor, LeBow College of Business

Current research examines both student assessment and leadership styles among culturally diverse audiences.

My research examines the impact of leadership styles and evaluation techniques on a culturally diverse populations in organizations. The goal is to allow multi cultural teams and leaders to recognize the unique ways that individuals can contribute to overall organizational objectives, dismissing the “one size fits all” perspective on project team effectiveness.
