They will talk about how the team uses deep learning to alert customers of noteworthy events being observed by their smart home cameras, and how it helps Comcast to accurately understand the intent of our customers when they contact Comcast via virtual assistants. Furthermore, they will talk about how reinforcement learning is used to identify and best resolve customer concerns and how distributed multi-GPU clusters speed up training the models and enable inference at Comcast scale.
