Join a virtual, mock graduate class for a glimpse into the remote learning experience. Murugan Anandarajan, PhD, professor of decision sciences and MIS, interim associate dean of academic affairs and programs, and academic director of the Dornsife Office for Experiential Learning, lectures on the topic, "Work Skills Necessary in the Organization of the Future." In addition to his lecture, Anandarajan will also answer your questions on what to expect in the remote learning environment.

Work Skills Necessary in the Organization of the Future

Superstructure organizations, smart machines and computational systems are few of the driving forces reshaping the organization of the future. To succeed in this environment, a new set of skills are essential. In this lecture we examine driving forces changing the landscape of work and discuss future skills necessary for success—proficiencies and abilities required across different jobs and work settings that will be required to make you a productive contributor in the future organization.
