Join us for the first of the LeBow Financial Leadership CPE Webinar Series. To begin the series, Al DeRitis, assistant clinical professor of accounting at Drexel LeBow, will help attendees learn more about Process Excellence (PEx) — The Continuous Improvement Mindset in the Workplace. This will be a deep dive into how individuals and businesses are under constant pressure to deliver improved financial results, better quality, higher productivity and improved safety. Meanwhile, problem solving has become much more complex in the workplace. The “shotgun” approach to solving problems or garnering cost improvements will no longer work in the current business environment. PEx is a methodical set of tools and business mindset to approach these challenges. This webinar will explore the basics of adopting these practices.
Attendees will be eligible for one (1) CPE credit in the field of Specialized Knowledge.
