Hiring for co-op position. Real Estate License is required prior to the start of Co-op.

Position Description:
As a Real Estate Concierge Agent Co-op, you will get to wear many hats and gain a wide range of experiences in the Real Estate world. You will work directly with clients: You will be tasked with improving customer engagement by providing immediate assistance to buyer and rental inquires during scheduled tours. Daily tasks will include showing properties to clients, providing feedback for all tours, searching the market, social media management, content creating, following up with agents and properties on rental rates, concessions and leases. Like a Real Estate agent in the industry, you will also learn and create comparable market evaluations for buyers and sellers, assist in the purchase and selling process and acquire knowledge in writing up leases and offer contracts. Improving the current process: We are working to improve many of the industry’s broken processes of communication through technology and social media, creating faster and more efficient ways of reaching customers while providing recommendations and information.

Miscellaneous Tasks: Support market launches in new metros. While Alkina has partnerships that have marketing throughout the US, our Real Estate brokerage services are limited to Philadelphia and Miami. Working alongside the Broker and owner, the intern will help develop the blueprint we will use to target the best cities to launch new markets in.
