Join professional colleagues from across the northeast for “Thinking Beyond 2026: Shaping the Next Era of Executive Education,” a three-day gathering designed to explore the forces reshaping our field—and the innovations that will define what comes next.
Hosted by Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business in Philadelphia’s vibrant University City, this year’s conference brings together recruiters, program managers, executive directors, faculty, and marketing leaders for meaningful conversations, practical insights, and new ideas ready to be put into action.
About the Theme: “Thinking Beyond”
Executive education is transforming rapidly. Learner expectations, employer priorities, and industry realities are shifting—and programs must evolve just as quickly.
Throughout the conference, sessions will address current challenges facing executive education and offer forward-looking solutions that help programs thrive. Expect substantive dialogue, collaborative problem-solving, and inspiration for building the next era of impactful learning. Agenda highlights include:
- Keynote Address: “Adaptive Business Leadership: Meeting the Challenges of a Rapidly Evolving Business Landscape”—Carlos Moreira, a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, examines the forces shaping local and global markets and demonstrates how real-world experiential learning is critical to developing adaptive leaders. He argues for actionable strategies for workforce transformation, responsible AI adoption and evidence-based decision-making to redesign business models and achieve sustained competitive advantage.
- Insightful Talks—Engaging presentations featuring leaders discussing market trends and challenges, future-ready leadership skills, building a leadership talent pipeline, alumni career outcomes, the expanding role of global immersion courses, recruitment strategies and more.
- Roundtable Peer Discussions—Interactive conversations that encourage peer exchange, shared challenges and practical takeaways you can implement immediately. Topics include planning for the future of executive education and emerging courses and methodologies.
- EMBAC Foundations—Designed for those individuals with fewer than three years of experience in the executive/working professional master’s degree space and/or those who are new to EMBAC, EMBAC Foundations will be held on Tuesday from 2-5 p.m. on Drexel’s campus. You must register for EMBAC Foundations separately through the EMBAC site.
- Cultural Networking Events—Come together on Tuesday evening with meeting attendees for a welcome reception at Drexel’s Frank Furness-designed Paul Peck Alumni Center, where you’ll explore Extending Beyond: A Century of Drexel Legacies. Then, on Wednesday, celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence with a tour of the Museum of the American Revolution, followed by a “taste of Philadelphia.”
