Eleven33 Tour and Reception with the Real Estate Alumni Network

Drexel alumni are invited to join the Drexel Real Estate Alumni Network for an exclusive tour of the final stage of BET Investments’ transformational redevelopment at the Promenade at Granite Run in Media, PA.

Following a networking reception, hear from Peter J. Clelland ’94, PE, vice president of development at BET Investments, on how his Drexel education served as the foundation for his career in designing and developing some of the Philadelphia region’s most successful projects. Then tour the capstone phase of the project, Eleven33, which features 208 apartment units and 23,000 square feet of new retail space that’s home to Wonder, SweatHouz, HiLo House, Honeygrow and more.

Gain a firsthand and behind-the-scenes perspective on commercial real estate development and network with other Drexel alumni working in real estate in Philadelphia and its suburbs! A light snack and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

Meet the Speaker

In his role as vice president of development for BET Investments, Peter Clelland ’94, PE, coordinates the various disciplines of engineering and architecture with tenant requirements and related legal matters to bring properties and projects from early inception through design, permitting and construction to ultimate occupancy. He is a graduate of Drexel University with dual bachelor’s degrees in architectural engineering and civil engineering with over 15 years of experience in designing and developing commercial and residential real estate projects. Prior to joining BET, Clelland was senior project manager with Bohler Engineering, an engineering firm serving some of the largest retailers and retail developers working in the east coast market.
