Lee Seltzer is a financial research economist in Financial Intermediation. His research interests include examining corporate finance issues in real estate markets, in particular the effects of firm corporate finance decision-making on rental housing markets. He also studies how firms’ energy usage choices affect financial markets. He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Economics and History from Rutgers University.
