Biography

Cuneyt Gozu, Ph.D., is an Associate Clinical Professor of Organizational Behavior and Academic Director of the Center for Career Readiness at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Studies from the University at Albany, State University of New York.

He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior, leadership, negotiation, and career management. His research interests include leadership, power and influence, motivation, emotional intelligence, and work-family balance.

His recent work also focuses on college hiring trends, early-career employment and the skills employers seek in recent graduates. As Academic Director of the Center for Career Readiness, he supports career-related curriculum, employer research and initiatives that help students connect their academic experiences with the workplace.
