How Long Does It Take to Get an MS in Accounting

One-Year MS Degree Option

This highly selective full-time Master of Science in Accounting program is designed for students who hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting from a U.S. institution.

  • 45-credit program
  • Full-time program completed in 12 months
  • Part-time program available, completion times vary by student
  • Coupled with undergraduate degree may make you eligible for CPA exam

Two-Year MS Degree Option

This extremely focused, cohorted full-time Master of Science in Accounting program is for students who hold a bachelor’s degree from a non-U.S. based institution, or seek a career change to the field of accounting.

  • 63-credit program
  • Full-time program completed in two calendar years
  • Part-time program available, completion times vary by student
  • Coupled with undergraduate degree may make you eligible for CPA exam

In addition to a Master of Science degree in accounting, Drexel LeBow also offers an MBA program with a specialization in accounting if you are looking for a more generalized business education with a focus in accounting but not planning to become a CPA.
