Headquartered in Orange County, California, Wahoo’s Fish Taco was founded in 1988 and has since expanded to 50 locations across the U.S. including California, Colorado, Texas, Hawaii and Japan. This discussion will feature insights from Lam on the most important elements of running a business, including investing in partnerships and embracing an entrepreneurial spirit to navigate challenges, especially in light of COVID-19 and its impact on the restaurant industry.

Lam also began an initiative known as California Love Drop to personally thank those on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. California Love Drop actively works to support and fuel healthcare workers and first responders by providing meals and supplies. Learn More
