Marketing Technology and Analytics MBA Degree Concentration

The Marketing Technology and Analytics MBA concentration is designed to prepare students for the rapidly advancing world of marketing. Due to emerging technologies and changes in marketing practices, marketers are exposed to vast amounts of data like never before. Managers are expected to digest and analyze that data so they can effectively respond to evolving consumer preferences.

Drexel LeBow’s STEM-designated MBA with a concentration in marketing technology encourages students to reach beyond traditional marketing principles. It familiarizes students with advanced academic theory and provides technical skills to put this knowledge into action.

This concentration will prepare students in two primary areas:

  • Provide insight to companies by collecting, managing and analyzing data effectively
  • Confront new marketing challenges stemming from disruptive technologies, such as artificial intelligence, social media, robotics, apps, virtual reality and others

Courses in the Marketing Technology and Analytics concentration will help you build key skills to be successful in the field, including:

  • Customer analytics
  • Marketing experiments
  • Marketing research
  • Digital marketing
  • Integrated marketing communications
  • Consumer behavior theory

The MBA concentration in Marketing Technology and Analytics is offered in-person or online. Drexel LeBow also offers a Master of Science in Marketing program.

The Marketing Technology and Analytics MBA concentration is a STEM-designated degree program. Students with F-1 visas can apply for a 24-month OPT extension (beyond the standard 12 months) if they meet noted criteria.
