
Drexel LeBow Alumni Board Welcomes New Leaders
The Drexel LeBow Alumni Association (DLAA) Board announces Izabela E. Adasiewicz, BSBA ’08, MBA ’14, enterprise risk manager at Independence Blue Cross, as its next president, and Jordan Schneider, BSBA ’09, MBA ’10, vice president and regional director at Envestnet, Inc., as its vice president.
Nicole “Nikki” E. Wright, MBA ’15, treaty underwriter at Hartford Steam Boiler, remains a board officer as immediate past president.
The board also welcomes seven new members:
- Michael A. Andreini, BSBA ’17, senior strategic planning consultant at Lincoln Financial
- Melinda F. Emerson, EMBA ’08, president of Quintessence Group
- Robert “Bobby” Franklin, BSBA ’08, director at MazeBridge
- Aditya Vikram Kashyap, BSBA management information systems ’13, vice president of Firmware Innovation at Morgan Stanley
- Chandler Quintin, BSBA ’10, MBA ’11, CEO of Video Brothers
- Spencer L. Ross, BSBA management information systems ’22, technical product manager at Sigma Computing
- Yissel Samaniego, BSBA operations and supply chain management, international business and marketing ’20, North America Financial Inclusion product manager at Mastercard
Michael “Mike” Giangiordano, II, BSBA finance ’16, co-owner/realtor at Century 21 Forrester Real Estate; Julie Kimmelman, BSBA marketing ’17, MBA ’20, brand manager at Azurity Pharmaceuticals; and Schneider were also elected to serve their second terms on the board.
The officers’ and members’ terms begin July 1, 2025, and conclude June 30, 2027.
“I’m so thankful and honored to have the opportunity to serve as Alumni Association president. I’m excited about what the future holds for us as we partner to strengthen and grow the global network of Drexel LeBow alumni,” says Adasiewicz. “Our mission is to connect alumni, support our alma mater and foster a sense of community, and I truly believe we have a great group of people in place to expand on that.”
The DLAA promotes, enhances and supports the mission, strategic priorities, interests and goals of the Bennett S. LeBow College of Business at Drexel University through the engagement of the global network of LeBow alumni, key stakeholders and the business community. Its board strengthens and fosters lifelong connections and provides opportunities for LeBow alumni and students to engage in experiential, volunteer and philanthropic events, programs and initiatives.
