Drexel University celebrated the opening of the 12-story, 177,500-square-foot Gerri C. LeBow Hall—the new home of the University’s LeBow College of Business.

Hundreds of LeBow alumni, faculty, staff and students gathered last evening for festivities celebrating the Gerri C. LeBow Hall. Benefactor Bennett S. LeBow was in attendance as he addressed the large crowd during the evening and unveiled the portrait of himself and his late wife, Gerri, namesake of the 177,000-square-foot, 12-story building.

At a business school that emphasizes career planning, Drexel LeBow Associate Dean Anna Chrulkiewicz followed a decidedly different professional path.

On September 23, Aronimink Golf Club played host once again to Drexel LeBow’s 11th Annual Dean’s Cup Golf Tournament. A record 33 foursomes took to the links for the annual fundraiser that helps support scholarships at LeBow. This year’s title sponsor was the Triumph Group, Inc. Company chairman, Richard Ill, a Drexel University trustee, played in a foursome with fellow trustee Chuck Pennoni.
