Finance Major

The finance major is for students seeking a thorough understanding of the basic concepts, principles, operating procedures, and analytical techniques in financial decision making.

The recommended plan of study includes classes in economics, accounting, statistics and marketing, in addition to corporate finance, investment securities, critical reasoning and more.

Degree Options

BS in Business Administration (finance major)

Students studying finance will receive a BS in Business Administration with major in Finance. The Finance Major concentration is available to all students enrolled at Drexel LeBow.

BS in International Management

The exciting BS in International Management allows undergraduate students to earn degrees from both Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business and Reutlingen University’s European School of Business.

BS / MBA Dual Degree (bachelor’s degree in science/master’s in business administration)

LeBow’s BS/MBA program provides academically qualified students with the opportunity to earn both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA with five years of study.

Minor in Finance

A minor in finance can be a great supplement to a wide range of degrees. The finance minor concentration is available to all students enrolled at Drexel LeBow.

Minor in Financial Technology

Financial technology is the application of technology in providing financial services to clients and competes with traditional methods for providing these services. It includes, but is not limited to, cryptocurrencies, peer-to-peer lending, crowdfunding, initial coin offerings, and the technology-based alternatives to personal advising or trading.
